AustraliaOS does not sell a fixed product. Every engagement is shaped to what the buyer is trying to defend, decide, or demonstrate. The published Telstra assessment demonstrates the methodology. It is not the offering.
A typical engagement produces a structured exposure assessment of one or more vendors, verified against primary sources and recorded in an audit trail, in the same form as the public reports. Delivery is approximately two weeks from scope agreement.
The scope is shaped to your question. The fee is fixed once the scope is agreed, set before work begins, and does not move with the finding.
Findings belong to the commissioner. Nothing is published without consent.

Briefs are acknowledged within 48 hours. A scoped proposal with fixed fee and defined deliverable follows, or an honest explanation of why AustraliaOS is not the right fit.
If your team prefers a call before sending a brief, say so in the email and one can be arranged. A written brief is the default because it produces sharper scoping.
